Superior Drummer? Omnisphere? Slate plugins?

Hi everyone,

well, the subject says it all. has anyone had any luck accessing
Superior Drummer, Omnisphere or any of the slate plugins, particularly
those in VMR with VO in PT? I think I saw something a while ago saying
that there is some access to Superior Drummer. Which version is that
in, 2 or 3?

How about Omnisphere? I've read they now have the ability to select
patches via MIDI program change messages, but I don't see how that
helps unless you've got an accessible list of all the patches and
their bank and patch numbers.
Thanks.

Superior Drummer 2 is accessible through Flo Tools plug-in views to a fair degree. Omnisphere is accessible through Komplete Kontrol and Slate is pretty much as accessible as it is on Windows.

There is a third party NKS database for Omnisphere 2 that you can
access via komplete kontrol via one of their kontrol compatible
devices;like the Kontrol 61 for example.

If I remember correctly this basically means if you save presets with
stuff loaded into VMR already you can get to the parameters but we are
unable to load stuff into an empty rack with a screen reader? On Feb 6,
Superior Drummer 2 is accessible through Flo Tools plug-in views to a fair
degree. Omnisphere is accessible through Komplete Kontrol and Slate is
pretty much as accessible as it is on Windows.

Yes, the VMR stuff is trickier. To me, the whole Gobbler thing is a nuisance and, frankly, there's plenty of other stuff out there that does what Slate plug-ins do so I'm no longer a user. I did it for a year and actually rarely availed myself of their products during that time period. Don't get me wrong, I'm not dissing their stuff it just doesn't do it for me.
